This Privacy Policy describes how Warhawk ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app.

Warhawk is an offline arcade game. It does not require an internet connection to play, and it does not use ads, in-app purchases, accounts, or cloud services.

Warhawk does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information, whether to us or to any third party. There are no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services currently integrated into the app.

Warhawk does not access, collect, transmit, or use the Android advertising ID.

The only data the app handles is gameplay progress data, and it is stored locally on your device only, using Android DataStore. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. It may include:

The first time you open Warhawk, you are asked whether you want to allow the app to save your progress locally on your device.

If you accept: the progress data listed above is saved locally via Android DataStore so it persists between sessions.

If you decline: no progress data is written to local storage, and your scores/coins/records will not persist after you close the app.

You can change this choice at any time from the in-app Privacy screen.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties, because we do not collect or transmit any data off your device in the first place. Warhawk does not connect to the internet during gameplay.

4. Permissions

Warhawk does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage outside its own app sandbox, or any other sensitive device permissions.

5. Children's Privacy

Warhawk does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because no personal information is collected at all. All gameplay data is local to the device and not linked to any identity.
